Yes, 100%. The Free plan costs $0/month, forever. No credit card required to sign up, no surprise charges, and no time limits. You get full access to the included features with no strings attached.
All your data stays intact. When you downgrade, you keep everything you created. If you exceed Free plan limits (e.g. more than 2 boards), existing content remains accessible but you will not be able to create new items until you are within the limits.
Yes. Custom domain support is included on the Free plan at no extra cost. You can point your own domain to your FeatureOS portal right from the start.
There is no limit on how many end users (customers, community members) can access your boards, vote, and leave feedback. The 2-member limit applies to your internal team (admins) only.
The Free plan does not include integrations (Slack, Jira, etc.), AI features, user segmentation, whitelabeling, API access, or brand customization. SSO is available as a paid add-on. These features are included on paid plans starting at $60/month.
