Your company must meet all of the following criteria: founded less than 2 years ago, fewer than 15 employees, and less than $1M in total funding raised. You must not currently be on a paid FeatureOS plan.
Eligible startups get 6 months completely free on the FeatureOS Starter plan ($60/month value). That includes 5 feedback boards, 5 team seats, 3 integrations, all AI features, brand customization, custom domains, and email SMTP.

After your 6-month free period, your account continues on the Starter plan at the regular price of $60/month (or $50/month billed annually). You can also downgrade to the Free plan at any time without losing your data.
Yes. You can upgrade to Growth or Business at any time. The startup benefit applies to the Starter plan specifically. If you upgrade, standard pricing for the higher plan applies.
No. FeatureOS and Featurebase are completely separate companies with separate products. FeatureOS is built by Skcript Technologies and has been operating since 2020. If you are looking for the FeatureOS Startup Program, you are in the right place.
