OnTheClock
SaaSWe sunset multiple systems. Now it's just FeatureOS.

OnTheClock is a time tracking and employee time clock platform that helps businesses manage attendance, scheduling, and payroll. OnTheClock uses FeatureOS to centralize scattered feedback from emails, support tickets, and review sites into one AI-powered system.
"The responsiveness of the team and their continued investment in expanding the platform has made FeatureOS a strong addition to our product management stack. It has helped us better organize customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights for our team."
Steve McKay, OnTheClock
The Challenge
Before moving to FeatureOS, user feedback was spread across multiple places including emails, support tickets, internal databases, and public review sites. It was difficult to bring everything together and identify patterns.
We were exporting data and running it through external AI tools just to understand trends. The process was manual, time-consuming, and didn't scale well as the volume of feedback grew.
We needed a single platform that could not only collect feedback from all these sources, but also help us make sense of it without stitching together multiple tools.
The Impact
FeatureOS allowed us to centralize all feedback into one location. Its AI groups similar requests, which saves us from exporting data and running it through external AI tools just to understand trends.
We were able to sunset multiple feedback systems and consolidate everything into a single platform. We now use one tool to collect, review, prioritize, and communicate about product feedback both internally and with customers. This simplified our feedback process and reduced the number of tools we needed to manage.
The feature request form is what we use the most. It provides a consistent way for customers and internal teams to submit ideas, which helps ensure feedback is captured properly and routed into our review and prioritization workflow.
Two things stood out to us when choosing FeatureOS. First was the speed at which the team continues to improve the product. Second was how responsive their support team was during onboarding. Setup is critical for a platform like this because if implementation is slow or confusing the product often fails before it gains adoption. The FeatureOS team worked closely with us to ensure we had everything configured correctly and running quickly.
