Getting Started with Heap + FeatureOS
- In FeatureOS: Navigate to Dashboard → Settings from the left panel.
- Go to Integrations → find Heap Analytics.
- Enter your Heap app ID - you can find this in your Heap browser URL bar (the ID portion of
https://heapanalytics.com/app/env/<id>/...). - Click Update to save.
Once connected, Heap will begin capturing behavioral data for your FeatureOS portal. You can then view insights inside your Heap dashboard to analyze user journeys alongside the feedback they leave.
