With the HubSpot + FeatureOS integration, you can embed HubSpot’s chat widget inside your feedback portal, making it easy for users to ask questions, engage with your team, and get support while leaving feedback.

This integration transforms your FeatureOS portal into an all-in-one experience where conversations, support, and product feedback flow together.

Getting Started with HubSpot + FeatureOS

  1. Sign into your HubSpot account at hubspot.com.
  2. Go to Conversations → Chatflows and create a chatflow.
  3. Edit the Chatflow → under Target, set the Website URL to your FeatureOS organization’s URL → click Save.
  4. Back in Conversations → Chatflows, click More → Go to Inbox Settings.
  5. In the sidebar, select Tracking Code → Advanced Tracking → + Add Domain.
    • Enter your FeatureOS organization’s domain → click Add → then Save.
  6. Still under Tracking Code, copy the Tracking Code Installation snippet.
  7. In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
  8. From the dropdown, choose HubSpot → paste your tracking code → click Update.

The HubSpot chat widget will now appear inside your FeatureOS portal.
