Getting Started with Drift + FeatureOS
- Log into your Drift account at drift.com.
- In Drift, navigate to Settings → App Settings → Drift Widget to locate your Drift Embed ID (also available in the installation snippet).
- Copy your Drift Embed ID.
- In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
- From the dropdown, select Drift.
- Paste your Drift Embed ID → click Update.
The Drift chat widget will now appear inside your FeatureOS feedback portal.
