Getting Started with Tidio + FeatureOS
- Sign into your Tidio account at tidio.com/panel/login.
- In Tidio: Navigate to Settings → General → Developer → Project Data.
- Copy your Public Key.
- In FeatureOS: Log into your portal → go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
- From the dropdown, select Tidio.
- Paste your Public Key → click Update.
The Tidio chat widget will now appear inside your FeatureOS feedback portal.
