Short answer: For a 10-person team, the cheapest published options on 2026-11-06 are Fider ($0 hosted up to 250 feedback items, or self-hosted), Upvoty ($15/mo), Frill ($25/mo), Nolt ($29/mo billed annually) and Sleekplan ($38/mo billed yearly). FeatureOS costs $100/mo billed annually for 10 seats. Featurebase costs $290/mo for 10 seats on Growth. UserVoice starts at $12,000 a year. Productboard, airfocus and ProdPad publish no prices.
We make FeatureOS, one of the 13 tools below. We list it with the same rules as everyone else, and several tools in this table are cheaper than ours. Each price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked on 2026-11-06.

Methodology
- How we checked. We loaded each vendor's public pricing page on 2026-11-06 and recorded the figures shown. We did not use review sites, sales calls or cached pages.
- Annual vs monthly. Vendors default to different toggles. We label each figure. Where a page showed only one billing period, we report that one and leave the other blank instead of guessing a discount. Sleekplan, Nolt and Canny showed annual figures. Frill and Upvoty showed monthly figures only.
- The 10-person column. It assumes 10 people need admin or manager access. We picked the cheapest published plan that allows 10 such people. Voters and end users are not counted, except for Canny, where they set the price.
- Featurebase. The page shows $29 per seat with a yearly toggle marked −20%, and did not make clear which toggle was active. Our 2026-10-29 check read $29 as the yearly rate. We use $29 here.
- Excluded. Taxes, add-ons (Frill's privacy and white-label add-ons, Productboard AI credit top-ups), usage-based AI charges, startup discounts and negotiated enterprise deals.
- Unverifiable prices. Productboard, airfocus and ProdPad show no dollar figures on their pricing pages, so we marked them "not published" rather than quote third-party estimates.
Update log
- 2026-11-06, first edition. One correction against our own Canny alternatives post from 2026-11-04: it listed Canny Pro at $99/mo billed monthly. Today's Canny page shows only $79/mo billed yearly, so this table drops the monthly figure.
What the table shows
1. Ten of 13 tools publish a price; three make you talk to sales. Productboard, airfocus and ProdPad publish no dollar figures. Productboard does state a 5-maker minimum. If you need a number for a budget request this week, those three slow you down.
2. Only two tools charge per seat with no bundle: Featurebase and Productboard. Four more cap seats inside a bundle or tier (FeatureOS, Sleekplan, ProductLift, UserVoice). Canny is the only one billed on tracked users, so its cost follows your community, not your team. Frill, Nolt, Upvoty and Fider charge a flat rate with unlimited or unstated admin limits.
3. Flat-rate voting boards win on price for a 10-person team. Fider, Upvoty, Frill, Nolt and Sleekplan all come in at $38/mo or less. FeatureOS at $100 to $120 sits in the middle, with ProductLift close by at $124. Featurebase at $290 is the highest fixed self-serve price in the table, and UserVoice costs $1,000/mo. Per-seat pricing hurts most once more than a handful of people need access.
4. Free plans exist, but they are narrow. Four tools have one: Featurebase (1 seat), Canny (25 tracked users), Sleekplan (1 admin) and Fider (250 feedback items). Each is fine for a solo founder testing demand. None covers a 10-person team with an active community.
Where FeatureOS fits
FeatureOS is not the cheapest tool here. If you need a public voting board and nothing more, Upvoty, Nolt, Frill or Fider will cost you less, and we would point you there.
FeatureOS sells seat bundles: Starter $60/mo for 5 seats, Growth $120/mo for 10, Business $250/mo for 15, and $15 per seat beyond that. Annual plans cost $600, $1,200 and $2,500 a year. Voters and customers are never billed, so a busy board does not raise the price the way tracked-user pricing does. There is no free plan; the trial runs 14 days.
You pay for feedback boards, roadmap, changelog and a knowledge base under one bill. That matters once you would otherwise run two or three of the tools above side by side.
